RWE AG’s govt board has appointed Andrew Flanagan COO of RWE Renewables Americas, efficient July 1. The position of COO has been held by Silvia Ortín as a twin accountability alongside her CEO duties; the position of CFO has been assumed by Ingmar Ritzenhofen.
