Matrix Acquires Controlling Interest in Idaho Solar Enterprise

Matrix Renewables, the TPG Rise-backed international renewable energy platform, has acquired a controlling curiosity within the Pleasant Valley Solar Project from rPlus Energies. Located in Idaho, the 200 MW AC / 261 MW DC solar mission will ship energy to the Idaho Power system. The Pleasant Valley Solar mission was awarded a power buy settlement (PPA) via a negotiated course of with Meta and Idaho Power.
