Clean energy platform Palmetto is debuting its build-to-rent (BTR) and single-family rental (SFR) group growth solar providers, teaming with Quinn Residences on its first renewable energy build-to-rent group in Spartanburg, S.C.

The group, Durham Farms, has 50 of its 207 houses constructed, with an estimated completion date of January 2023 for all the group.
