Quinn Residences groups with Palmetto on solar for brand new built-to-rent group

Clean energy platform Palmetto is debuting its build-to-rent (BTR) and single-family rental (SFR) group growth solar providers, teaming with Quinn Residences on its first renewable energy build-to-rent group in Spartanburg, S.C.

The group, Durham Farms, has 50 of its 207 houses constructed, with an estimated completion date of January 2023 for all the group. In addition to Palmetto solar panels, Quinn Residences can be equipping its properties with electrical car charging stations and good know-how, which incorporates water leak sensors, WiFi-controlled thermostats and lightweight switches, and good locks and doorbells.
